1. Nature of the Platform

DI-HARA Laundry Services ("DI-HARA", "we", "us", "our") operates as a technology-enabled intermediary platform — a digital marketplace that facilitates connections between customers seeking laundry and garment care services and a curated network of independent third-party laundry service providers ("Vendors").

DI-HARA does not itself provide any laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, shoe cleaning, or any other garment care services. All actual cleaning and garment care is performed exclusively by Vendors who have been independently onboarded onto our platform and agreed to our Partner Standards.

Your contractual relationship for the actual cleaning service is with the Vendor assigned to fulfil your order, not with DI-HARA. DI-HARA's role is limited to facilitating the booking, scheduling, coordination, tracking, and payment processing for services rendered by Vendors.

2. No Warranty on Services

While DI-HARA makes reasonable efforts to curate and maintain a network of quality Vendors, we make no warranty, representation, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding:

• The quality, outcome, or standard of cleaning or garment care delivered by any Vendor;
• The suitability of any particular Vendor for a specific garment type or service requirement;
• The turnaround time for completion of services, which may vary by Vendor workload, garment complexity, or other factors;
• The continued availability of any particular Vendor or service type on the platform;
• The accuracy of any pricing displayed on the platform, which is subject to change without notice.

The platform and all content provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DI-HARA expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

3. Vendor Responsibility

Each Vendor on the DI-HARA platform is an independent business entity and is solely responsible for:

• The actual performance of the laundry or garment care service;
• The professional handling, cleaning, and return of your garments;
• Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards governing the operation of laundry and dry-cleaning facilities;
• Their own employees, agents, and subcontractors involved in service delivery.

DI-HARA does not employ Vendors and does not have direct operational control over Vendors' cleaning processes, facilities, or personnel. Vendor relationships with DI-HARA are governed by a Partner Agreement that sets out quality and operational standards, but DI-HARA cannot guarantee compliance at every instance.

4. Garment & Property Disclaimer

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• All garments and items submitted for cleaning are submitted at the customer's own risk;
• Pre-existing damage, wear, discolouration, structural weakness, or other defects in garments may be exacerbated by the cleaning process, and DI-HARA and its Vendors shall not be liable for such outcomes;
• Customers should accurately declare the fabric type, care label instructions, and any special handling requirements when placing an order. DI-HARA and Vendors are not liable for damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer;
• Items of exceptional monetary or sentimental value — including irreplaceable heirlooms, designer garments, and jewellery — are submitted at the customer's sole discretion and risk. DI-HARA strongly advises against submitting such items through the platform;
• DI-HARA's damage protection policy sets a compensation cap as described in the Terms & Conditions; such compensation shall be the customer's sole remedy in the event of damage or loss.

5. Information Accuracy

DI-HARA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information published on its website, mobile application, and related channels is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times. Pricing, service availability, coverage areas, and other operational details are subject to change without prior notice.

Nothing on the DI-HARA platform constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, or other specialised advice. Users should not rely on platform content for any purpose beyond understanding DI-HARA's services.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The DI-HARA platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications (including payment gateways, social media platforms, and app stores). These links are provided for user convenience only. DI-HARA does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party platform. Your use of third-party services is governed by those parties' own terms and policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DI-HARA, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Any Vendor's failure to perform services to the expected standard;
• Delays in pickup, delivery, or service completion;
• Loss of, damage to, or reduction in value of any garment or item;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform or any service feature;
• Any other matter beyond DI-HARA's direct control.

DI-HARA's aggregate liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to This Disclaimer

DI-HARA reserves the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
